Terms & Conditions Clean Dino Private Limited 1. Booking & Payment * All services must be booked in advance via phone or WhatsApp. * Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. * Prices may vary slightly based on size, condition, or custom requirements. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling * Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. * A cancellation fee (S$50) will apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. * Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3. Service Limitations * We do not guarantee the complete removal of deep stains, burns, or permanent fabric / leather / car paint damage. * Customers must disclose any fragile, antique, or sensitive materials beforehand. 4. Liability * Clean Dino is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles or upholstery. * We take utmost care during cleaning, but customers are advised to remove personal items before service. * Damage due to structural weakness or improper maintenance (e.g., torn fabric / leather, car paint chips, loose parts) is not covered. 5. Safety & Environment * Eco-friendly and non-toxic products are used. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please inform us in advance. * Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or safety concerns in outdoor locations. 6. Warranty & Rework * Any dissatisfaction must be reported within 2 hours of service. Rework may be scheduled based on review. * No refunds will be processed once the service is completed. 7. Right to Refuse Service * We reserve the right to refuse service for unhygienic, unsafe, or abusive environments or behaviour. 8. Promotional Offers * Discounts and promotional offers are valid only during the stated period and cannot be combined.
